Child Advocates
“A Powerful Voice in a Child’s Life” is the core of the Linn County CASA, Inc. program which provides volunteers to be the advocate for neglected and abused children in the foster care system. Volunteers provide the Juvenile Court with case information and assure that a child’s best interest remains the focus of the proceedings. Volunteer Driver
This is a low cost curb to curb transportation service for seniors and persons with disabilities. Vehicles and insurance provided. The typical commitment is a four hour shift per week but any contribution is needed. In just four hours you will make ten new friends and see ten grateful smiles. SafeHaven Humane Society

Volunteers are needed to assist staff and residents with activities (baking, reading, playing games), or to take residents for walks outdoors on nice summer days.
