Contact: Roxanne Beach Service Description: General Assistance (cash grant) is available for those unemployable for at least one year due to physical and/or mental disabilities. Other services include nursing home care, residential care, specialized living, adult foster care, in-home services, and medical coverage via Medicaid, and Oregon Health Plan. Resource programs involved include the Continuum of Care, Employment Initiative, Protective Services, Financial Programs, and Access Issues.
