 CSC YouthBuild is a comprehensive youth and community development program operated by Community Services Consortium. The program helps low income youth (17-21 years old) complete or continue their education, learn valuable job skills, and become gainfully employed.
While in the CSC YouthBuild Program, youth complete their high school education through our alternative school. Alternating weeks are spent in the classroom and on the job site. The job site is a Habitat for Humanity house where they learn construction skills. Students also participate in community service projects throughout the week.

SHIBA is a part of the State of Oregon Insurance Divisions Consumer Protection Section which investigates complaints, provides advocacy services for consumers, and provides useful information to help consumers. This service is free for seniors and persons with disabilities.
